Great Mark! Worthy of Claude Monet! Rich palette. I especially love the water reflections.

Thank you Ian and Sarah! I appreciate your feedback.

The tranquil spot wasn't all so calm at the time...The little figure was really not cooperating at all. He's so small and its all wet oil. I think he just wanted to be left alone, fish and drink his beer! lol

Very nice Mark, the blurring of the distant trees and choice of greens is very good, and as mention by Sarah the tranquil calm spot for fishing is a master touch.

Another beautiful painting, Mark. I love the palette that you  have used and how the colors are repeated throughout the painting.  I also particularly like the calm spot in the water and the great reflections there. The little boat and figure are so well done!

I forgot to tell you how I like the layering of the background trees.  It really enhances the feeling of depth.

Just WOW!  I can't find words.  I like everything about this one.  You nailed the reflections.  I think he's going to lose an expensive lure in that underbrush!  LOL!  Great work Mark.
