This is a little 8X10 acrylic on 1/8" plywood.  My palette included cerulean blue, dioxazine purple, titanium white (of course), van dyke red, cad red medium, cad red light, cad yellow, and ecru.  

The photo was taken by my daughter after a camping trip to this location in Florida several weeks ago.  The structure is Fort Jefferson, a 19th century fort.

I love all the lovely color you have used here. It gives it a very different mood than the photo.

I also like the change you made to the composition - moving the walkway out of the center of the scene.

Thanks Karen.  I posted it to General Discussion by accident.  I wasn't necessarily looking for a critique on this one.  I am pretty satisfied with it.  Next time I will pay more attention to where I am posting.  lol.
